Jack Feltz, MD

Jack is a seasoned physician leader with more than 30 years of experience in private practice, as well as a proven healthcare leader and innovator. He is deeply involved in women’s healthcare reform at both the state and national levels.

During his 20-year leadership as President and Chief Executive Officer of Lifeline Medical Associates, Jack spearheaded the initiative to join together more than 170 providers across 60 Care Centers and also has implemented a Value-Based Care Transformation Model across the network.

Jack serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlantic Accountable Care Organization, and also is Chairman of the Performance Improvement Committee. He is an active member of the Quality Committee at Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield and sits on the Board of Trustees of the Medical Society of New Jersey. He also serves as a student and resident educator at Morristown Medical Center.

Jack is a founding member of the U.S. Women’s Health Alliance. He received his medical degree from Rutgers University Medical School and completed his internship and residency at St. Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey.
