Unified Women’s Healthcare has stayed ahead of the ever-changing healthcare curve, the result of which has been explosive growth and transformation in a short period of time. Our strategy and flexibility in adapting to change are the focal points of how our story has evolved.

Unified Women’s Healthcare was founded in 2009 by two practicing ObGyns as a single-specialty management services organization to support ObGyn practices with physician management and payor contracting services. Our sole objective was to provide the necessary non-clinical business support for physicians to stay in private practice. While we were highly successful in our model, we quickly learned that a sustainable strategy was needed if private practice not only survived but also thrived.

We recognize through experience that transforming women’s healthcare through Value-Based initiatives restores the relationship between the patient and provider; achieves better patient outcomes, and reduces stressors commonly associated with avoidable physician burnout and/or operational distress. Accordingly, we restructured our business model to support physicians and their operational teams toward a more seamless transition to Value-Based care.
