Meg Lafave serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for Unified Women's Healthcare, where she leads the organization's people strategy, talent development, culture, and human resources operations in support of Unified's continued growth and commitment to delivering exceptional care. 

Prior to joining Unified, Meg served as Chief People Officer at Envision Healthcare, where she oversaw the Human Resources and Government Affairs functions, leading talent strategy, organizational development, and public policy initiatives. She joined Envision in 2020 after several years at DaVita, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer. 

Earlier in her career, Meg served as Director of Human Capital at DSST Public Schools, helping build the talent infrastructure to support the organization's rapid expansion. She began her career in education as a Teach For America corps member, teaching high school math and science in Denver and Chicago. 

Meg earned her bachelor's degree from Purdue University and her MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder. She is actively involved in her community and serves on the boards of AdvanceEDU and the Fund for a Healthier Colorado.
