As Chief Development Officer, Andy leads a team focused on developing and executing upon inorganic growth opportunities, including the creation of new state-level platforms and affiliations with existing network practices.

Andy has over 15 years of development experience. Prior to joining Unified, he was Head of Corporate Development of a global financial institution, where he was responsible for all acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and corporate venture capital investments across the organization where he led over $50 billion of transactions.

Before that, Andy worked in investment banking and private equity, where he spent time on a variety of healthcare investments.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology.
