Greg Michelini serves as Chief Information Officer for Unified Women’s Healthcare, where he leads the organization’s technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and IT operations. He is focused on delivering innovative technology solutions that enhance the experiences of clinicians, patients, and teammates while supporting the organization’s continued growth.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience across healthcare, retail, pharmacy, and consumer industries, Greg has guided enterprise technology organizations through periods of transformation, growth, and innovation. Before joining Unified, he served as Chief Information Officer for Sonrava Health, one of the nation’s largest dental services organizations, where he led enterprise technology modernization across more than 500 care locations. He previously served as Chief Information Officer at Athletico Physical Therapy, leading technology and digital initiatives for a multi-state outpatient rehabilitation organization. Earlier in his career, Greg held senior technology leadership roles with Walgreens Boots Alliance, including Chief Information Officer for the company’s UK and Ireland retail business, where he oversaw large-scale digital, infrastructure, and customer technology initiatives for one of the world’s largest pharmacy and retail organizations.

Beyond his role at Unified, Greg is an active contributor to the technology community, serving as a Governing Body Member of the Gartner Chicago CIO Community and volunteering on the Technical Advisory Committee for Ronald McDonald House Charities. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with honors from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
