Meg Lafave
Chief Human Resources Officer
Meg Lafave most recently served as Chief People Officer at Envision Healthcare, where she led the organization’s Human Resources and Government Affairs functions, overseeing talent strategy, organizational development, and public policy initiatives.
She joined Envision in early 2020 following several years at DaVita, where she served in multiple roles, including as Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer. Earlier in her career, Meg served as Director of Human Capital at DSST Public Schools, where she built foundational talent systems to support the network’s rapid growth. She began her professional journey in education, teaching high school math and science with Teach For America in Denver and Chicago.
Meg holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business. She is an active member of the Denver community and currently serves on the boards of AdvanceEDU and the Fund for a Healthier Colorado. She lives in Denver with her husband, Damion, and their twin 8-year-olds, Charlotte and Cooper.
