As Chief Development Officer for Unified, Steve oversees the development and execution of the overall strategy of generating new business for the organization. Steve provides the leadership and management of business development initiatives, M&A, and strategic planning to maximize new business effectiveness and growth.

Steve joined Unified from Sevita, where he served as Chief Development Officer and led all business development functions charged with growing high-quality operations predominantly through acquisition. Prior to working at Sevita, he served as Senior Vice President, Business Development at MEDNAX, where he led and scaled its growth program. Over his 17 years at MEDNAX, he completed more than 200 acquisition transactions.

Steve brings over 20 years of knowledge in closing transactions, optimizing processes, building teams, problem solving, collaborative leadership, and strategic planning.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Astronomy from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Steve also serves as a Board Member for KVLR CAPITAL PARTNERS in New York.
